Legal Basis
The processing of the customer’s data is based on the consent provided directly by the customer, through registration on the site, manual registration, and subscription to the newsletter. Purpose of Processing:

- Data resulting from implicit transmission in the use of Internet communication protocols, through processing to allow the identification of users, IP addresses, or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, including the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response. These data are collected in aggregate form solely to verify the correct functioning of the site, and for security reasons, used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site or for technical reasons of correct functioning;
- The data could also be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the IT infrastructure (legitimate interests of the data controller);

Access to Data – Portability
You have the right to request copies of personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and/or request us to transmit such information to another service provider (where technically feasible).
Duration of Processing – Retention
In general, A.B.C. Srl Di Amadeo Bruno e Figli retains your personal data for short periods of time, or for the time necessary to perform the agreed contract.
- We may retain some of your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal and tax obligations as well as to protect our contractual interests.
- Exceptionally, we may retain some of your personal data for the performance of investigative activities, as provided by law.
- We declare that, after 24 months from the end of contractual obligations or requested pre-sales and commercial activities, we will remove personal data that are not otherwise necessary for mandatory regulations.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing activities based on it before its withdrawal.
