The “DELTA” TILTING LIFTERS comply with CE standards

designed to respond to the most recent safety regulations in the workplace, their structure is built with quality materials and with dimensions suitable for their capacity. They have been designed for use at workstations with particularly limited spaces and difficult accessibility. They are particularly suitable for the recovery of semi-finished materials, stored in bulk in containers, near operating machines, eccentric presses, deburring machines, tumblers, assembly benches, conveyor belts, dosers, packaging machines, etc.

Control Panel

with the possibility of application both on the right and on the left, it includes: bimanual up and down buttons in low voltage V. 24, selector for local/remote control, indicator light for power on, socket for connection of the driving force, socket for any control remote control, reset button, mushroom emergency button with rotary reset.

Gearmotor

with gears of adequate dimensions, controlled by a three-phase motor, V. 220/380, Hz. 50. Complete with limit microswitches on the up and down stroke.

Side protections

complete with forced opening safety microswitch which stops and prevents the tipper from functioning if not correctly positioned.
